    Job Description

    • Substructure Concrete Formwork, Reinforcing, and Placement
    • Foundations – Wet and Dry
    • Cofferdams – Wet and Dry
    • Piers/Stems/Walls – Wood and Engineered form Systems
    • Foundation and Temporary Support Systems
    • Sheet pile and H-Pile wall systems
    • H-Pile and Caisson Foundation construction
    • Steel, Box Beam, and Concrete T-Beam
    • Superstructure Concrete Formwork, Reinforcing and Placement
    • SIP and Wood Soffit Decking
    • Overhang Systems
    • Rebar Placement
    • Bridge Concrete Placement (with Bidwell/Allen bridge deck finisher)
    • Basic construction layout (level and transit) from Survey
    • This person would be expected to take a set of plans, specs, and budget to build heavy civil projects, while managing safety, subcontractors, and day to day interactions with owner reps.
    • Travel should be expected.
    • Earthwork, Pipe, Flatwork/Concrete Paving and Utility experience a plus
    • This individual must show leadership, talent development, must be cost conscious and capable of utilizing the tools, reports, and systems KSC employs to manage and procure work in accordance with corporate and regulatory agency
    • Heavy Civil Project Manager/Engineer and/or Estimator (as needed, 2+)
    • The industry definition for these roles varies by work type, geography, and corporate size and function. We need ethical folks who have exhibited the following:
    • oHeavy Civil experience, technical capability, and work ethic that can take a project from bid to built and lead/manage/engineer contracts, planning, cost control, personnel.
    • Role and responsibilities will be set by the experience and capability of the candidate.
    • Travel should be expected.
    • Varying experience in Highway, Site, Concrete, Earthwork, Utilities a plus
