Job Overview

Assist in all aspects of estimating and/or project management. Position can be full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities & Duties

1. Perform quantity take-off and calculations for bid preparation.
2. Setup bid estimates in HCSS HeavyBid.
3. Solicit subcontractor and material quotes.
4. Inventory project materials and track material costs.
5. Track subcontractor production/quantities and costs.
6. Perform analysis of daily project production.
7. Assist with project scheduling.
8. Review contract documents and assist with submittal preparation.
9. Perform additional assignments as directed by Management.

 Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications, & Experience

• Rising Juniors and Seniors in a relevant field like Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Technology or Computer-Aided Design (CAD)
• Knowledge of Primavera, Bluebeam, and/or AutoCAD preferred
