KSC Founders Receive Construction Legacy Award

Kanawha Stone Company is proud to share that our founders, Art and Virginia King, were presented with the “Legacy Award” at this year’s Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Appalachia Chapter’s Excellence in Construction Awards.

The Legacy Award honors ABC partners who have helped shape the construction industry across the Appalachian region. Art and Virginia are the first pair of recipients of this distinguished honor—a true reflection of their lifelong dedication to fostering a culture of safety, innovation, and excellence in construction for more than 50 years.
