Kanawha Stone Celebrates WVDOT Project Groundbreaking

November 5, 2024

Kanawha Stone Company employees Brandon Wills and Ashley Lioi joined popular Baby Dog and West Virginia Governor, Jim Justice yesterday in Mercer County for the groundbreaking of the newest King Coal Highway construction project. KSC will be the prime contractor for the 2.5-mile section of the highway that goes from Airport Road to Littlesburg Road. When completed, the King Coal Highway is expected to run roughly 95 miles through 5 southern WV counties. KSC is proud to continue working on this monumental project!
