During its annual Winter Conference, Kanawha Stone Company announced staff promotions and geographic restructuring to benefit operational efficiency.  Ashley Lioi, PE, MS was named Kanawha Stone Company’s East Regional Manager and Rock Brogan as the company’s West Regional Manager.

“This internal restructuring aides in the effectiveness of our operations,” said Kanawha Stone Company President, Tom Kittredge. “Ashley and Rock can better manage operations geographically and utilize greater proficiencies amongst our resources.”

Lioi is a registered professional engineer in WV, VA, PA, NC, KY, TN and MD.  She earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University and a Master of Science in Construction Management from New York University.  Lioi’s promotion comes after having managed Kanawha Stone projects for energy, transportation and site development clients since 2013.  Prior to joining Kanawha Stone, she served as Project Manager for the developer of a $250M project.  She is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Brogan is a 43-year industry veteran and has been serving as Kanawha Stone Company’s primary Operations Manager in WV, PA, OH and KY for decades.  Brogan’s role continues as before, with a corporate restructuring to accommodate for the company’s anticipated growth, as well as the 22% increase in revenue over the past 3 years.

“We are fortunate to have two individuals of this caliber to lead operations,” said Kittredge.  “The level of dedication, knowledge and passion that each of them brings greatly benefit our employees, shareholders and most importantly, our clients.”
