Kanawha Stone Company provided construction services for the roadway reconstruction of Route 622 between .004 MI and 1.231 MI of East Route 683 in Lynchburg, Virginia for the Virginia Department of Transportation.  The project included approximately 125,652 cubic yards of excavation, clearing and grubbing of the site, erosion and sediment controls, stormwater and drainage controls, approximately 1,000 lineal feet of stream mitigation, paving and guardrail.  Additionally, this project required the construction of a two span poured in place concrete bridge spanning 150 feet.
